Egg paratha

Ingredients :-

Readymade parotta - 3 Nos

chopped onion- 1 cup

chopped green chilli - 1 tea spoon

chopped tomato - 1 cup

chopped coriander leaves - 1 table spoon

garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Egg - 3

pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Method :-

Cut the parottas in to small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and add the onion and chillies. Saute for 2 minutes and add tomatto.

Add 1/2 spoon salt and add the eggs.  Stir for 3 minutes.

After the eggs gets cooked add the parotta pieces and mix well.

Add pepper powder and garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve with onion,cucumber raitha.
