Idli Podi Recipe | Dry Chutney Powder | Gun Powder Recipe




Ingredients:-


Urad dal - 1 cup

Chana dal - 1/2 cup

Dry chili - 12 to 15 nos

Garlic - 1clove

Asafoetida - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt to taste

Oil - 1 teaspoon

Method:-

Dry roast all the ingredients in oil.

Finally, add one or two garlic cloves and roast for few seconds & turn off the stove.

Allow it to cool and grind them to a coarse powder.

Store it in an airtight container.
