Idli Podi (Dry Chutney)

Ingredients :-

Urad dal - 1 cup

channa dal - 1/2 cup

Curry leaves - 1/2 cup

Dry chilli - 15 nos

Asafoetida - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt to taste

oil - 2 teaspoons

Method :-
Dry roast all the ingredients except curry leaves in two spoon oil.

Finally, add curry leaves and off the stove.

Allow it to cool and grind them to a coarse powder.

Store it in an air tight container.
