Carrot rice

Cooked rice - 1 cup

grated carrot - 1/2 cup

chopped onion - 1 table spoon

chopped green chilli - 1

oil - 2 teaspoons

musturd& urad dal and few curry leaves for seasoning,

and salt to taste.

Heat oil in a pan and add the seasoning.

Add onion and chillies and saute for a minute.

Mix the grated carrot and salt.

Saute for two more minutes.

Add the rice, and garnish with coriander leaves carrot slices.

Colourful, tempting lunch box item ready.
