Tomato chutney

Ingredients :-

Tomato -3
Onion big -1
Red chillis -8
Garlic -3 pods
Curry leaves - 3 stalks
Tamarind - small pea size
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Salt to taste

Method :-

Heat oil in a pan.

Add all the ingredients except tamarind, and saute for three minutes.

Remove from fire and allow it to cool.

Add tamarind and grind it to a fine paste.

If required add little water when grinding.

Serve with idli or dosa.
