Ingredients
- King Fish, Sliced - 1/2 kg
- Chilli powder - 2 teaspoons
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sambar powder- 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - few drops
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying.
Method
- Mix all the Spice powders, lemon juice and salt with a little water and make a thick paste.
- Apply the paste on the fish pieces and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan, and place the marinated fish on the pan.
- Fry both the sides until till fully cooked.
- Serve hot with rice and fish curry.
