Oats Pepper Chapati

Oats is a good source of fibre and carbohydates.  It contains cholesterol fighting soluble fibers.  The special quality about oats is that it does not lose its nutrients even after it is processed and hulled.
Due to its slow digesting nature, oats makes us feel fuller for longer.
Due to its health benefits, a large number of people have started including oats in their daily diet.
The below recipe containing oats, low fat yogurt, pepper and wheat is a tasty and yet a very healthy one!

Oats - 1/2 cup
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
