Curry leaves Chutney (Karivepilai Thuvaiyal)

Ingredients :-

Curry leaves (cleaned) - 1 cup

urid dal (Black Gram dal)- 1 table spoon

red chilies - 6

coconut(grinded) - 1/2 cup

garlic - 1 clove

oil - 1 teaspoon

tamarind - small pea size

salt to taste

Method :-

Roast urad dal, and chilies in one teaspoon oil.

Finally, add curry leaves, and saute until it becomes crisp.

Allow it to cool.

Grind the ingredients with salt, garlic and piece a of tamarind to a smooth paste.

Tasty chutney is ready!
