Thuvaram Paruppu Thuvaiyal

Ingredients 

  • Thuvar Dal - 1/2 cup
  • Red chillies - 5 Nos
  • Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Curry Leaves (washed) - 10 leaves
  • Tamarind - little
  • Salt to Taste


Method 

  • Dry roast the dal, chilli and curry leaves one by one and allow it to cool.
  • Add enough water and grind it with salt,coconut, and garlic to a coarse paste.
  • Serve with rice and "Rasam"
