Potato Capsicum Fry(Aloo Simla Mirchi)

Ingredients

  • Onion (big) -1
  • Potatos -2
  • Capsicum - 3
  • turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander (finly chopped) - 1 tablespoon
  • Oil - 3 Teaspoons
  • and salt to taste.


Method 

  • Boil the potatoes, peel and cut into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add sliced onions and saute it.
  • Add the capsicum pieces and fry two more minutes.
  • Mix chili and turmeric powders.
  • Finally add the boiled potato piecess and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  • Serve with chapaties.
