Chukku Kaappi

Ingredients :-

Palm jaggery (karuppatti) - 100 grams

Chukku powder (dried ginger) - 1 teaspoon

pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

cardamam- 1

water - 3 cups

Method:-

Pour water in a pan and make it to boil.

Add crushed cardamam, pepper and chukku powder in it.

Allow it to boil for two more minutes.

Remove it from the flame and, filter it.

Refreshing Health drink ready.

It helps to reduce the body weight also.
